Returns & refund policy

You can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase and for any reason. If you are a UK customer we offer freepost returns service, if you are an international customer unfortunately we don't offer a prepaid returns service. 

You have the right to cancel within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you already designated third party received the goods to exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (use the cancellation form below) sent by email to support@e2buy.co.uk

Goods should be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us please obtain proof of posting when returning items we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods or provide a Freepost Returns service.

It would be appreciated if you could return the product in the original box and packaging.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received by you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

On receipt of the returned goods, clickswim.com will examine them we may take a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or –

(b) If earlier 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Your statutory rights are not affected in relation to mis-described or faulty goods.
